There are three others in our circle of brethren who have encountered similar circumstances. One is a precious Jewish brother who has embraced Christ as his Lord and Saviour and is the author of a much used of God book, “I Have A Friend Who Is Jewish, Do You?”. Each time his book goes into reprint the enemy confronts him with yet another mountain, each of which God has helped him to climb; the latest was leukemia. Another is a sister who is completely sold out to God, in total submission and through humility has endured first colon and then breast cancer..she is still undergoing reconstruction from the double mastectomy. Yet another, minister of the Gospel, was handed lymphoma just at the time he announced his retirement.

I have no doubt that God is sifting us in order that we might withstand the coming darkness before the eternal Light and show many others the Way. You, my dear friend, as you have already said, are one of the especially blessed. I look forward to the possibility of meeting you one day.
